David Du
Proprietor
Born and raised in Richmond, David attended The Collegiate School before studying Finance and Economics at Washington University in Saint Louis. After working in the finance industry for a few years in Boston, David decided to leave the corporate world and follow his passion for food and dining. He attended culinary school at Johnson & Wales in Rhode Island. After working in kitchens such as Tao Restaurant in New York City and Foxwoods Resorts & Casino in Connecticut, David returned to Richmond in 2006. Dd33 Asian Bistro is his first restaurant.
